Who we are

What this website collects

This website does not set tracking cookies, run analytics scripts or store form submissions. The contact form composes an email in your own mail application; the information you type is sent by you, to us, and is not stored by the website. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) for security and operation, retained for a limited period.

Personal information we process

• Enquiries: name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your message, used to respond to you and, with your consent, to keep in touch about our services.
• Clients: contact details and business information necessary to deliver an engagement under contract.
• Client data: where an engagement requires us to process personal information held by a client, we do so as an operator, on the client's written instructions, under a written agreement, and with appropriate security safeguards.

Lawful basis and purpose

We process personal information to respond to enquiries (your consent and our legitimate interest), to perform contracts with clients, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making about you.

Sharing and cross-border transfer

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, or where the law requires. Where a provider stores information outside South Africa, we ensure it is protected by law or by binding agreement to a standard substantially similar to POPIA.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to twenty-four months thereafter, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are retained as required by contract, tax and company law.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we hold, including access control, encryption in transit and secure storage. If a security compromise affects your personal information we will notify the Information Regulator and, where required, you.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by contacting the Information Officer. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za, [email protected].

Changes

We will publish any change to this notice on this page with a new date.
